1. Heat the connection between the screw of the blow molding machine and the head of the accumulator, and the temperature needs to be higher than the normal processing temperature. The purpose of this is to extrude all the plastic raw materials in the barrel.
Then disassemble according to the sequence of bolts at the connection, heater and wiring, cooling water pipeline of feeding section, automatic feeding device, extruder motor and wiring.
2. Loosen the fastening bolts connecting the feeding section, remove the coupling of the gearbox and the connecting bolts with the frame of the equipment, and move the gearbox back. Due to the heavy weight of the gearbox, it can be operated with a hydraulic jack. disengage it from the screw.
After the screw is tightly connected with the connecting sleeve, during the ejection process, a special screw removal tool can be installed on the other side of the connecting screw head of the reducer to eject the screw; when the connecting sleeve of the reducer is released from the screw, the screw can be removed The gearbox is lifted off the equipment rack.
3. Hoist the screw and the barrel together smoothly. For the large screw, the lifting of the barrel can be hoisted smoothly by the combination of the crane and the driving in the workshop. When lifting, pay attention to the coordination of each other's movements.
4. Warm up the hoisted barrel, and remove the relevant connecting parts and screws. Under normal circumstances, most of the blow molding machine manufacturers use replacement parts for repair, and the prepared spare screw and barrel can be installed after the relevant connecting parts are installed and then ready for hoisting.
